Function Space
The newly renovated Elara Convention Center is 20,000 square feet. The 11,200 square foot ballroom with 14 foot high ceilings accommodates family and class reunions up to 1,200 guests. With several breakout rooms and on-site catering, your group will find just the right way to get the gang back together.
Accommodations
The Holiday Inn Crystal Lake features 197 newly renovated guest rooms and suites on six floors. All guest rooms feature high-speed internet access, on-demand movies, HBO, and Kuereg Coffee Makers. Lakeview rooms and suites available!

Guests will enjoy dining at the award-winning restaurant, gathering at the lobby cocktail lounge, and unwinding in the fitness center, or at the area's largest resort-like indoor pool and adjacent Sunset Deck overlooking tranquil Lake Acorn. We offer complimentary local shuttle for an off-site group activity, but with Hertz rental company onsite you could explore all of Chicagoland during your reunion.
Reunion Catering
From banquet dinners to buffets and brunches, our on-site catering will feed your family or class well. Plan for themed buffets to compliment your activities or rise and shine with a brunch and bloody mary or mimosa bar. For a casual meal or drink, the newly renovated Three Rivers Lodge Restaurant and Bar is right off the lobby.
